My steps show 0

Steparö needs permission to read steps. On iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Steparö → enable Steps. On Android: open Health Connect and allow Steparö to read steps. Then pull down on the home screen to refresh.

When do I earn points?

Points are awarded when you pass daily step milestones: 5,000 (+5), 10,000 (+9), 15,000 (+12) and 20,000 (+16). Steps sync whenever you open the app — open it at least once every 14 days so no days are lost.

How do I use a voucher?

Redeem an offer with your points, then show the voucher QR code in Vouchers to the merchant at the till. Check the expiry date before you visit — expired vouchers can't be used.

I switched phones

Sign in on the new phone and your points and vouchers follow your account. Each day's steps are counted from one device at a time, so the new phone takes over from the day you switch.

Deleting my account

Profile → Delete Account removes your account and data permanently.
